Is that an empanada and a pig? That’s what we had at a great panaderia in Old Town Albuquerque (Golden Crown Panaderia).
it is an empanada and a pig! the empanada is peach and the pig is like a less sweet, cakey gingerbread cookie — very similar to a German lebkuchen from Munich. a great treat after a taco supper… and we only paid $0.60 for the two!
