There was pomp. A little circumstance. Several tears. And M-shaped cookies.
To my incredible family, friends and boyfriend: [More times than I’d like to admit…] You picked me up when I was down and out. You reminded me why I was earning my Master’s degree. You made me see that I am capable of great things. I couldn’t have made it here without your neverending love and support.
I am forever grateful.
Heath,
Journeys are better when they are shared–we were happy to be a part of this one. The exciting (and maybe a little scary) thing is that now you are prepared for new adventures and journeys. Although you don’t yet know where they will take you, we are confident that you will do great things.
And, we will always be there with you……
Love,
Dad and Sandy
Heather, Not only did you learn so much, you taught me very much about health and nutrition and the incredible drive you have to succeed. Thank you for all the “teaching moments” you shared with me, even though I think you wonder if I’ll ever be in compliance! I can’t wait to see what’s next for you. Whatever (and where ever) it is, I know you’ll be successful.
Love, Mom
Heather,
All of us down home, good ole fashioned, jest a little bit country folk, are thrilled to have been able to be along for the ride. All I can say when I think about the four Workman offspring is look out, and get out of the way, because they are a force to behold, and be reckoned with. It has been great to see you grow and shine, we are very proud. Thanks for sharing a little of the magic with us humble Louisvillieners. I likewise can’t wait to read the next chapter.
Love Scott
